Program Participation Terms

Application and participation

Applications must be accurate; submission does not guarantee acceptance. Selection may consider readiness, fit, capacity, conflicts and safety. Participants must prepare, attend as stated, communicate respectfully, protect confidential information and not record without permission.

Materials and changes

Program materials are licensed for personal use and may not be sold, republished or distributed. Participants retain pre-existing work. Schedules, facilitators or delivery methods may change for operational reasons, with a reasonable equivalent where a material change occurs. Serious misconduct, confidentiality breach or non-payment may result in removal. Participants remain responsible for their own decisions.
